Chris Eatough’s 12 Week Training Plan for Mohican 100

Mohican 100 is May 31 this year.  So that means for a 12 week training plan starts on March 9.

Go here to get your 12 Week Training Plan for Mohican 100, designed and written by multiple time NUE Champion Chris Eatough.

This is Chris’ recommended training plan to prepare for the Mohican 100. The plan includes a detailed daily training schedule, focused on building up the aerobic fitness and endurance necessary to survive and actually enjoy the whole race. The plan also includes Chris’ detailed course description and tips on how to conquer each section of the course as well as guidance on pacing, nutrition and mental toughness.

The target audience is the intermediate to expert level cyclist with at least one year of mountain biking experience and decent general fitness. This plan will motivate you and keep you on track, so that you are doing the intensity and duration of training at the right time, and will help you “arrive” at Mohican 100 in peak condition.
